Dark Knight Sticker

A Paladin is a dark knight, far from a knight in shining armor. Our armor is battered, beaten and we’ve made our fair share of mistakes. But from darkness a shimmer of light shines through. Only those who have experienced true darkness can appreciate light. 

A lot of you have been asking for merch. We don’t rush our designs or follow fast fashion. The design had to be right and meaningful. It had to reflect our ethos, identity and most importantly, it had to be with the right artist. 

I commissioned @wsts_designs from Australia because Paladin Custom originated from down under. Brendan is a self taught artist and a veteran of the Royal Australian Navy. When I stumbled onto his work on Instagram, I knew immediately that he was our guy. 

The Paladin logo is a knight’s visor. It is what the knight sees out of. It is his vision. It is what guides him and ultimately it is what directs his sword and shield. It is also what connects the knight to the outside world. 

On our shield on the top left is the southern cross. I remember the first time I gazed at the sky in Sydney and being mesmerized by this new constellation. It still fascinates me to this day and it represents our origin. 

The screaming eagle represents where we are now. The land of the free and our Dynamis - our will to fight. 

Our broadsword is adorned by the number 33. This is our tribute to our founder Matthew March born on March Third. 33 is MM turned sideways and he loved that number. 33 is our guiding light. It is what directs the movement of our sword. 

I may not always talk about you, but I miss you Matt. I think about you every day and I hope you are proud of what we are building. Love you brother. 

May our sword be swift and just, our arrow fly true.
